THE CITIZENS ELECTORAL CENTER OF AFRICA™
“One Citizen. One Visible Vote. One Africa.”

The Citizens Electoral Center of Africa™ (CECA™)
The Citizens Electoral Center of Africa™ (CECA™) is a sovereign public platform created to publish, verify, and protect citizen-reported electoral results across Africa.
It was founded to ensure that every African vote can be seen, verified, and trusted — directly by the people, without manipulation or hidden intermediaries.
Born from the Digital Sovereignty Manifesto of Africa™, CECA™ acts as an independent, citizen-led initiative that connects local observers, journalists, and community networks to collect and publish verified results from polling stations in real time.
The mission of CECA™ is simple yet revolutionary:
To make the truth of the vote public, visible, and collective.
Using accessible digital tools — such as mobile messaging, photography, and community reporting — CECA™ allows ordinary citizens to upload, confirm, and share election results transparently through an open network of trusted volunteers.
Our principle, “One Citizen. One Visible Vote. One Africa.”, expresses a new vision of African democracy — a democracy that belongs to everyone, where citizens are both the witnesses and the guarantors of legitimacy.
CECA™ is not a political institution, but a civic space for truth.
It represents the awakening of a continent determined to reclaim its democratic dignity through transparency, participation, and collective verification.
